This policy explains how Bridge Principals LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Bridge Principals", "we", "us"), handles personal data when you visit bridgeprincipals.com or contact us. We keep data collection to a minimum: the site has no accounts, no forms and no advertising.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you click Accept on our cookie notice, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, the website that referred you, and approximate location (country or city). Google Analytics does not store your full internet address. If you decline, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded.
- Technical data needed to run the site. Like any website, our hosting and content providers receive your internet address and browser details when your browser requests the site, its fonts and its code libraries. They use this to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Cookies
We only use cookies for analytics, and only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time using on the home page footer, or by clearing your browser's storage for this site.

Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to tell people and automated attacks apart. Such cookies do not track you across sites.
How and why we use data
- To reply to your messages and discuss a possible engagement, because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to enquiries, or because you asked us to take steps before entering into a contract.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it, based on your consent.
- To keep the site secure and working, based on our legitimate interest in protecting it.
We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and delivery of code libraries.
- Google: Google Analytics (only with consent) and Google Fonts.
- Microsoft: our email service.
If you follow a link to LinkedIn, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data protection law requires it, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Emails: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and as required for our business records.
- Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Oman and several US states, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children.
